5.1 Payment Conditions

All program fees are quoted in Euros (€) and must be paid in full prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept secure electronic transfers and major credit cards. While prices are subject to change with notice, confirmed bookings are honored at the rate quoted at time of purchase.

5.2 Cancellation and Refund Terms

We recognize that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is structured as follows:

• Ignition Sessions: Cancellations with at least forty-eight hours notice qualify for full refund or rescheduling.
• Momentum Program: Full refund available within seven days of purchase if no sessions have commenced. Partial refunds may be considered case-by-case thereafter.
• Elite Evolution: Custom refund terms outlined in individual service agreements.

No refunds are issued for services already rendered or for client non-attendance without prior notification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Julaine Custard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website.
• Any content obtained from the services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or your use of services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
